How we started...

Masters Travel Service was born in 2003 and was the result of experienced like-minded professionals deciding to create a company that represented forward thinking, great service and top class hospitality. The idea was to develop new technologies, new markets and to set a standard to be aspired to.

Masters Travel Service opened their Hurghada head office in 2003 and in the following years opened branch offices in all major Egyptian touristic areas, since 2007 we have branch offices in Cairo, Luxor, Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh, Aswan and Marsa Alam. In 2011 we opened our Dubai office – Miracle Tourism, and now cover all the U.A.E including Oman.

The tremendous growth of our business is the result of key achievements: one being the strong network of offices through all major destinations in Egypt; another growth driver has been our own fleet of transport and our own 5* luxury cruise ship the M/Y Alyssa which covers several Nile cruise itineraries.

Masters partnership with Der Touristik

In November 2013, Masters partnered with Der Touristik, Germany, one of the most successful Tour Operators in Europe. This partnership in keeping with our initial ideology is our next step in moving forward with current trends and providing services to meet all modern business requirements.

We strongly believe that our success will continue to be based on our partners’ confidence, supported by our experience and focus on service and quality, progress and innovation and last, but not least, our morals and transparency.
